Text Messaging Notification Terms

The Simple Cremation uses automated text messaging to notify our own on-call staff members (funeral directors) when a customer calls our business phone line and requests to speak with a team member.

Who receives these messages

Only designated staff members of The Simple Cremation who have agreed, as part of their role with the business, to receive these operational alerts on their business phone.

What the messages contain

The caller's name, the name of their loved one, the location provided, and a callback number — sent so staff can respond quickly to grieving families. We do not send text messages to customers or members of the general public as part of this program. This is not a marketing or promotional messaging program.

Message frequency

Triggered only by inbound customer calls requiring a live transfer — no fixed schedule.
